    The hot rocks massage is exquisite. Well worth paying the little extra over a standard massage. The room is warm and quiet and lots of clean towels. It is easy to book online and choose which time suits you. I still felt pampered hours later.

    Love the yoga and Pilates classes. Feeling fitter, more flexible and stronger since beginning a few months ago. The instructors are wonderful and I am exhilarated after every class.

    I've also had many amazing massages here over the past 3 years and for every massage I have left rejuvenated.

    The studio has no mirrors which makes me feel more comfortable and confident. The fitness classes are intimate so I can get the attention I need but large enough that they are fun. Amanda is highly approachable and will take the time to explain why she is prescribing certain exercises.
