  Purchased a Vax vacuum not even a year ago and wanted to get it fixed under warranty. I called vax and was instructed to return to the place I bought it and it could be sent away to get fixed. I called you guys to confirm and was told to bring it in. When I dropped it off I double check that this was correct not till after I left someone called to tell me to pick the vacuum back up and they don't deal with stuff like this.

  Bought a new clothes dryer last week . Will return for further purchases as needed. The staff members I spoke with were very helpful. Nothing was a problem to them.

  Saw a posting on an industry website that said they tried to return an item that wasn't functioning. The people at Betta Electrical said there was nothing wrong with it. The consumer wanted to buy a much more expensive one, but again were refused. Is there a Better Electrical Head Office? I'm sure they'd love to hear this story!
